Six individuals end up in a Hotel in the middle of nowhere with a very eccentric caretaker. They haven't arrived by accident. Age old, evil powers are within the hotel and behind the walls a deep dark secret hides. They have to survive the night but not everyone is whom they seem.

Art dealer Trevor and his best friend Dante, an Italian/American fashion photographer, holiday in Capri where they both fall for Antonia, a local beauty. One of them marries her. Back in London Antonia is last seen in Regent's Park walking her Jack Russell terrier. The remains of a female body are recovered from Regent's Canal, and both her husband and his best friend are suspects in what increasingly appears to be a murder. It's summertime in a hot and empty Buenos Aires. Marcela's world is shaken when her sister dies, leaving her completely out of sorts. Still grieving, she must deal with clearing out her flat. One of her daughter’s young friends, Nacho, appears on the scene, eager to help, a presence which leads to shared road trips and adventures. During these confusing days, people and conversations from another time will mingle, prompting questions, while the imminence of everyday life closes in on her.
